Logistics and 3PL software
We build software around the handoffs that make logistics difficult: customer instructions arriving in different formats, warehouse work depending on late information, and status updates copied between systems after the event.
A focused operations tool or customer portal can sit above the existing WMS, ERP, and carrier stack. That lets the business improve how work is requested and tracked without starting with a risky replacement of every core system.
Good fit
Problems worth fixing
- Customer requests arrive by email and have to be translated into warehouse work
- Teams cannot see exceptions until a delivery is already late
- The same shipment or order status is maintained in several places
- Customers need self-service visibility but the core system cannot provide a usable portal
- A specialised service needs workflow rules that standard warehouse software does not model well
Scope
Typical software scope
- Customer booking and order portals
- Warehouse task, exception, and approval workflows
- WMS, ERP, carrier, EDI, and API integration
- Document collection and status communication
- Operational dashboards built from live process events
- Mobile and scanning workflows for on-site teams
Operating reality
Improve the layer people touch first
Replacing a warehouse or transport system is often the wrong opening move. We first identify which delays come from the core platform and which come from the way requests, exceptions, and status information move around it.
That distinction keeps the project grounded. Sometimes the answer is an integration and a better front end. Sometimes a narrow operational service should take responsibility for a workflow the core platform cannot handle.
