Repeat B2B ordering is different from ordinary e-commerce. Customers often know what they buy, have account-specific prices, and need a quick way to rebuild a familiar order. A large discovery catalogue can make that job slower.

The mobile flow

The application prioritises previous products, repeat quantities, and the account context needed to place a correct order. It gives hospitality customers a direct route to reorder without turning a sales call or message into manual back-office entry.

Weclapp remains the source of record

Products, customer accounts, pricing, and order status come from Weclapp. The mobile application owns the customer interaction, but it does not create a second catalogue that staff must maintain separately.

This boundary also affects failure handling. An order cannot simply disappear when the ERP is unavailable or rejects a record. The integration retains the request, exposes its state, and gives operations a route to investigate before a duplicate is created.

The case study currently documents the product and integration approach. Reorder and administration figures will be added only after they can be supported by customer-approved data.
