Balta Fit began with a simple product question: how much of a subscription fitness app can be shared without making every customer-facing product look and behave like the same template?
The answer became a multi-tenant platform with a coherent member experience across iOS, Android, and web. Each brand controls its identity and content while the platform handles subscriber access, programmes, progress, video delivery, analytics, and releases.
White-label is a release problem
Changing colours is easy. Separate store listings, bundle identifiers, signing credentials, notification configuration, payment products, and subscription entitlements are what make repeated delivery difficult.
We built those differences into the product and release setup. A brand can receive its own app identity without creating a separate, drifting copy of the platform code.
What the platform covers
- branded applications and store presence;
- structured programmes, playlists, and progress tracking;
- subscriptions across web and mobile stores;
- video delivery and content administration;
- product analytics and customer access tools;
- repeatable releases as the shared platform improves.
The work continues as a product rather than a one-off launch. New brands benefit from an established base, while changes to shared capabilities can reach existing applications without rebuilding each one independently.
