Operating reality
Useful on the floor, supportable by engineering
We spend time with the decisions a role has to make. An operator needs to know what changed now. A process engineer may need the event history around it. Management needs a reliable view across lines without turning the operator screen into a reporting suite.
Industrial deployments also live longer than normal product cycles. Versioning, offline behaviour, hardware constraints, remote update paths, and compatibility with established protocols are considered before the interface looks finished.
