ERP integration and connected ordering

We connect ERPs to the applications customers and teams actually use. Typical work includes product and price synchronisation, customer-specific terms, order entry, fulfilment status, documents, and the handling needed when data is incomplete or late.

An ERP integration is not finished when two APIs exchange a successful test record. It is finished when people know which system owns each value, failed jobs are visible, duplicates are prevented, and operations can recover without opening a developer console.

Good fit

Common reasons to start

  • Staff re-enter orders or customer data between the front office and ERP
  • Customers need a better ordering or account experience without replacing the ERP
  • Product, stock, or pricing data is inconsistent across channels
  • A legacy integration fails silently and nobody trusts the sync
  • A new portal or app needs to fit established finance and fulfilment rules

Scope

Integration scope

  • ERP and CRM APIs, webhooks, scheduled jobs, and middleware
  • Catalogues, prices, customers, orders, invoices, and status flows
  • Customer and supplier portals connected to back-office data
  • Data migration, mapping, validation, and deduplication
  • Retry handling, reconciliation screens, alerts, and audit history

Operating reality

The edge cases are the project

Real accounts contain inactive products, old customer records, manual price overrides, partial deliveries, and documents created outside the standard path. We map those cases with the people who handle them before deciding how automation should behave.

We also keep the boundary replaceable. A customer application should not have ERP-specific assumptions scattered through every screen. A clear integration layer makes later ERP changes and additional channels much less painful.
